This Privacy Policy explains how Axiomatrix Holdings LLC ("Axiomatrix," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, handles information when you visit our websites — axiomatrix.studio, raniahmusic.com, listen.raniahmusic.com, and any other sites we operate that link to this policy (collectively, the "Sites").

Our practice is to collect as little as possible. This page explains exactly what that means today, and we will update it if that changes.

§ 01

What we do not collect

The Sites currently do not:

If any of the above changes in the future, this policy will be updated and the change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.

§ 02

Information collected automatically

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically receives standard server-log information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and time of access. Vercel uses this information for service operation and security. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. Vercel's privacy practices are described at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The Sites load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When you visit, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve those fonts. Google may log information about that request consistent with its own privacy practices.

Some pages on the Sites link out to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Spotify, Apple Music, and others). Visiting those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies, not this one.

§ 03

Information you provide voluntarily

If you contact us by email (for example, at press@axiomatrix.studio, legal@axiomatrix.studio, or dmca@axiomatrix.studio), we receive whatever you write, including your email address. We use that information only to respond and, where relevant, to comply with legal obligations (for example, DMCA notices). We do not add email correspondents to mailing lists without explicit opt-in.

Our email is operated by Proton AG (ProtonMail), a Switzerland-based provider. Their privacy practices are described at proton.me/legal/privacy.

§ 04

Children's privacy

Our recording artists are designed for a broad audience, and we recognize that audience can include children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we do not currently operate any feature on the Sites that collects personal information from visitors (no accounts, no functioning newsletter form, no comments), we believe we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, please write to legal@axiomatrix.studio and we will delete it promptly.

§ 05

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information about you, including the right to know what we hold, the right to delete it, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. These include rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar laws in other jurisdictions.

Because we do not collect personal information through the Sites, in most cases we will have no information about you to access or delete. If you have written to us by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence by writing to legal@axiomatrix.studio.

§ 06

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information sent to us. No transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and you communicate with us at your own risk.

§ 07

Cookies

We do not set first-party cookies. Third-party services referenced from the Sites (Google Fonts, YouTube embeds, and similar) may set their own cookies under their own privacy practices. Your browser's settings let you block third-party cookies if you choose.

§ 08

Do Not Track

Our Sites do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals because we do not currently engage in cross-site tracking.

§ 09

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
