These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by Axiomatrix Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Axiomatrix," "we," "us," or "our"). Our websites include axiomatrix.studio, raniahmusic.com, listen.raniahmusic.com, and any other sites we operate that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Sites").
By accessing or using any of the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
About the Sites
The Sites provide information about Axiomatrix Holdings LLC and the synthetic recording artists we author, operate, and release. The Sites do not require account creation, do not process payments, and do not host user-generated content.
The Sites contain links to third-party platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram, and X) where our recording artists' content is published. Your interaction with those platforms is governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
All names, voices, likenesses, characters, songs, recordings, music videos, artwork, and other content associated with our recording artists (including but not limited to "Raniah") are wholly owned by Axiomatrix Holdings LLC. This is a deliberate part of how we operate. See the AI Disclosure for details on what is human-authored and what is AI-generated.
You may:
- View, listen to, and share links to the Sites and our published content
- Quote, reference, or cite our work for review, journalism, education, or commentary
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any artist likeness, voice, or master recording
- Use any artist's voice, likeness, or persona to train any machine-learning model
- Create derivative works that depict or imitate any of our recording artists
- Use any of our names, marks, or persona in a way that suggests endorsement
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Sites
DMCA notices and other intellectual-property inquiries should be sent to dmca@axiomatrix.studio.
AI disclosure
All recording artists released through Axiomatrix are synthetic: their voices and visual identities are AI-generated. Lyrics, melodies, production, and editorial decisions are authored by humans. The complete disclosure is published at raniahmusic.com/ai-disclosure and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Sites in violation of any law
- Interfere with the Sites' security, integrity, or operation
- Impersonate Axiomatrix, our artists, or any other person
- Use the Sites to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Misrepresent your relationship with Axiomatrix
Third-party links
The Sites contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of those services is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms.
No warranties
THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiomatrix and its officers, members, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Sites or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Axiomatrix harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Sites.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Sites after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
